CLARIFICATIONS
• Thia Maria house is rented out as independent – self served.
• It is delivered cleaned with set beds.
• The house can accommodate 4 adults in two bedrooms. A child can be accommodated on the sofa sitting room by converting it into an extra bed area.
• The minimum duration of stay is 3 nights.

• Internet access.
• Air-conditioning (cool in summer, warm in winter).
• Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels every fourth day.
• A safe for personal belongings.
• Complimentary welcoming with a bottle of wine and fresh fruit.
• Stocked fridge on your arrival with various products such as: soft drinks, coffee, tea, mineral water.

SPECIAL OFFERS
• For accommodation for over ten (10) nights there is a 10% discount for further days of stay.
• There are special prices for a long duration stay.
• Up to 10% discount, for reservations concerning the high season, occurring during December, January and February.
METHODS OF PAYMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
• Payment of 30% of the total sum as down payment for the ratification of reservation. The refunding of the total sum is on the day of arrival.
• A cancellation of 30 days in advance is not charged.
• For cancellations from 30 – 1 day before arrivals the down payment is retained.
• For departures before scheduled date are charged with the 100% of the total cost of stay.
