Thia Maria welcomes everyone who wishes to visit Chania either for vacation or for business. Set in a restored (fully renovated) listed house at Koum Kapi district, just outside the eastern walls of the old town of Chania, the apartment offers a unique atmosphere for a stylish accommodation throughout the year.
Thia Maria is a spacious and luxurious split – level apartment individually decorated with beamed ceilings and wooden floorings. The first floor consists of a spacious dining room and sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the kitchenware, a bathroom with bath tub and a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom.
On the second floor, there is an atmospheric sitting room with a flat-screen TV home cinema and an office space ideal for work or meditation. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with shower cabin and a spacious bedroom with two single beds.
All bedrooms are equipped with Coco-mat mattresses for a restful and comfortable sleep. The house has also a furnished balcony-terrace.
The house can accommodate 4 adults in two bedrooms. A child can be accommodated on the sofa sitting room by converting it into an extra bed area.
If you feel like visiting attractions of Chania town, the central market or the old harbor, they are all within walking distance. In less than 100m from the house there is a sandy beach where many people, mostly locals, go for swimming.

CLARIFICATIONS
• Thia Maria house is rented out as independent – self served.
• It is delivered cleaned with set beds.
• The house can accommodate 4 adults in two bedrooms. A child can be accommodated on the sofa sitting room by converting it into an extra bed area.
• The minimum duration of stay is 3 nights.

METHODS OF PAYMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
• Payment of 30% of the total sum as down payment for the ratification of reservation. The refunding of the total sum is on the day of arrival.
• A cancellation of 30 days in advance is not charged.
• For cancellations from 30 – 1 day before arrivals the down payment is retained.
• For departures before scheduled date are charged with the 100% of the total cost of stay.
